We are fairly unique as a running club in that nearly 35% of our membership is ladies.  Age range is from 21 to 70, from fast to social, but all runners are made very welcome.  We enter a ladies team in the North Staffs Cross Country League and in recent years we are particularly proud that our ladies have regularly once "team" first prizes at various races.  Individually, we also have regular winners in the SMAC Summer Series and Cheshire 10K Championships.
